Eligible Criteria For UPSC Defence Service Various Recruitment Notice 2022
Qualifications: • For I.M.A. and Officers Training Academy: Applicants must have a Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. • For Indian Naval Academy: Aspirants must have a Degree in Engineering from a recognized University or Institution. • For Air Force Academy: Candidates must have a Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 12th level) or Bachelor of Engineering. Required Age For This Post: ⚫ For Indian Military Academy: Unmarried male Aspirants born not earlier than 2nd January, 1999 and not later than 1st January, 2004 only are eligible.
⚫ For Indian Naval Academy: Unmarried male Aspirants born not earlier than 2nd January, 1999 and not later than 1st January, 2004 only are eligible.
⚫ For Air Force Academy: 20 to 24 years as on 1st January, 2023 i.e. born not earlier than 2nd January, 1999 and not later than 1st January, 2003 only are eligible.
⚫ For Officers Training Academy (SSC Course for men): Unmarried male Aspirants born not earlier than 2nd January, 1997 and not later than 1st January, 2003 only are eligible.
⚫ For Officers Training Academy (SSC Women Non-Technical Course): Unmarried women, issue less widows who have not remarried and issue less divorcees (in possession of divorce documents) who have not remarried are eligible. They should have been born not earlier than 2nd January, 1998 and not later than 1st January, 2004.
Physical Standards/ Physical Test: 1) Running: 2 to 4 Km. in 15 minutes 2) Skipping 3) Push-ups & Sit-ups: Minimum 20 each 4) Chin ups: Minimum 08 5) Rope Climbing: 3 to 4 meters.
