Eligible Criteria of Kolkata Police Recruitment 2021
Age Details & Relaxation: The Candidates must not be less than 20 years old and must not be more than 27 years old as on 01.01.2021. The upper-age limit shall be relaxed for the SC/ST Aspirants of West Bengal only by 05 years and OBC Aspirants of West Bengal only by 03 years. The upper-age limit is also relaxable for NVT and Home Guards Personnel as per existing Government Rules.
Mandatory Physical Standards: ** Aspirants of all categories (except Gorkhas, Garhwalies, Rajbanshis and Scheduled Tribes) Height: 167 Cms Weight: 56 Kg Chest: 79 cms. (without expansion) 84 cms. (with expansion – 5 cms.) ** Gorkhas, Garhwalies, Rajbanshis and Scheduled Tribes Height: 160 Cms Weight: 52 Kg Chest: 76 cms. (without expansion) 81 cms. (with expansion – 5 cms.)
Academic Qualification: The Aspirants must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent.
