Many people submit their SIR forms through the Booth Level Officer (BLO) but are not sure whether the BLO has uploaded the form correctly. The good news is—you can check the status yourself online in just a few seconds.

✔ What Is SIR Form Status?
SIR Form Status tells you whether your BLO has submitted your voter form correctly or not.
You will see one of these:
Form Submitted Successfully
Form Not Submitted Yet (Prefilled Information will appear)
You do not need to call or visit your BLO. You can check everything using your phone or computer.
How to Check SIR Form Status Online (2025)
Follow these steps carefully. The entire process takes less than one minute.
Step 1: Visit the Official ECI Website
Go to: https://voters.eci.gov.in
This is the official voter service portal of the Election Commission of India.
Step 2: Log in Using Your Mobile Number or EPIC Number
You must log in to check the SIR status.
- Enter your registered mobile number,
or - Enter your EPIC (Voter ID) number
If you don’t have an account, click Sign Up and create one instantly.
Step 3: Click on “Special Intensive Revision (SIR) – 2025”
After logging in, look for:
- Special Intensive Revision (SIR) – 2026
- Then click Fill Enumeration Form.
This is where the SIR status option is available.
Step 4: Select Your State
Choose your state from the list.
This helps the system load your voter details correctly.
Step 5: Enter Your EPIC Number
Now type your EPIC number and click:
Search
The portal will now fetch your SIR form details.
What Results Will You See?
After searching, the website will show one of two results:
1️⃣ Your Form Has Already Been Submitted
If you see this message:
“Your form has already been submitted. For more details, contact your BLO.”
✔ It means your BLO has uploaded your form correctly.
✔ You don’t have to take any further action.
✔ You may call your BLO for confirmation (optional).
2️⃣ Your Form Is Not Submitted Yet
If the portal shows “Prefilled Information” or asks for your mobile number:
❌ Your BLO has not submitted your SIR form yet.
Your details are still pending.
In this case, you can:
Inform your BLO and request submission
or
Check if you can complete the form online using your mobile number
✔ Checking Status for Self-Submitted Online SIR Forms
If you filled your SIR form online:
Your form is accepted immediately after clicking Final Submit
The portal usually marks it as submitted instantly
Still, you should inform your BLO so they can verify your details during field visits.
