Eligibility Criteria of Goa Electricity Dept. Recruitment Notice 2021
Restriction On Age: Not exceeding 45 years as on last date of the advertisement. (Relaxable for Govt. servants and reserved categories applicants i.e. ST/OBC/SC/Ex-Serviceman/PH in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by Govt. from time to time).
Qualification: • Assistant Lineman/ Wireman: A certificate in Electrician trade issued by an appropriate authority under the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) Govt. of India or under the State Council for Vocational Training, Govt. of Goa with One year experience in the Electrical field. • Line Helper:Experience in working on construction of Electrical lines for a minimum period of 2 years.
Mode of Selection: Applicants will have to undergo Skill/ Aptitude/ written test (examination), as applicable. Skill/ Aptitude wherever necessary may be considered for screening eligible applicants to be called for written examination and only qualified aspirants shall be called for written examination. For category of Asst. Lineman/ Wireman and Line Helper only for aspirants who pass pole climbing test held by this Department will be qualified for written examination.
