Eligible Criteria for Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) Latest Recruitment 2022
Age Limit & Relaxation- Interested Gen aspirant age is 30 to 40 years/ 22 to 40 years is required for SC women. The age relaxation for all eligible candidates (SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ PH/ Others) is as per prevalent Govt. Instruction. For more details check official Notice.
Qualification:- Interested applicants must have passed Madhyamik/ 10th or its equivalent qualification. Marks obtained in secondary or equivalent examination will be judged. Aspirants having higher educational qualification will not have any evaluation or consideration facility for higher education.
Merital status:- Only married/widow/judicially divorced women can apply.
Interested applicant must be a permanent resident of respective village in his area.
Aspirant must submit the attested copy of his epic and ration card as per latest election list as proof.
In case of aspirants who have changed their residence recently, the eligibility criteria of his family will be verified.
Important Documents:-
1) Date of Birth Certificate or Admit Card of Secondary or equivalent examination.
2) Voter identity card or (EPIC)/ration card as a resident of the area.
3) Caste proof issued by the competent authority (in case of scheduled castes, tribes and other backward castes, only where applicable).
4) 2 copies of passport size color photograph with signature of the candidate.
5) Grade 1 & 2 Self Help Group Member/Trained Midwife/Link Worker Certificate issued by the competent authority. (if applicable)

7) Application submission date is 30/08/2022 to 14/09/2022 at 5 PM.
